WORKSHOPS
Here at KIS we offer a wide variety of workshops, starting with our beginners and the Sampler Quilt/Quillow workshops to more advanced patchwork and arty workshops using outside tutors.
Beginners Workshops
Our Beginners Workshops start with the Sampler Quilt that we teach mostly from Lynne Edwards Sampler Quilt Books. These are half day Workshops where you start a block and then can either finish this at home or book in for an afternoon session on a Sew and Go basis, charged at £10 to finish the block.
Every day from 10am - 1pm (subject to availability).

Long Way Home Table / Bed Runner
A workshop with Helen Butcher, from Little Patch Pockets.
This is a simple quilt with lots of impact - great for all sorts of projects, it would make a great table runner or bed runner.

Crystal Maze with Helen Butcher
A workshop with Helen Butcher, from Little Patch Pockets.
Finished size approximately 50” x 50”. A perfect size to make a lap quilt or wall quilt. Shape the corners or make them square. You will have two days to get your teeth into this project, which you will then be able to finish in your own time. (There will be an additional charge of £15 per student to cover the cost of printing the pattern. Usual RRP £28.50)
