SHIPPING & RETURNS
Just look through our pages to choose your kit, ready made article or fabric then pop them into your shopping basket, remembering to state quantity and colour where needed. Once you have finished shopping click on checkout where you will be asked for all details required to complete your purchase(s).

We accept payment through the Paypal system. Do not worry if you do not have a Paypal account as you will still be able to pay with a credit or debit card. Should you prefer to pay by cheque then please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If paying by cheque then 5 clear working days will be required for clearance of the payment before the goods can be posted. An order is accepted once payment is received, which we will confirm with you by email.
Delivery charges to all regions are listed below. We aim to send out all orders the same day if we receive them before 2pm. 99% of the time we achieve this aim!
Most orders are usually shipped via Royal Mail delivery services. Orders over £100 are sent via Parcelforce.
UK Post and Packing Charges:
Under £15 = £2.50 p&p
£15 to £30 = £3.50 p&p
£30 to £60 = £5.00 p&p
£60 to £150= £7.00 p&p
£150 or more = free p&p
European Post & Packing Charges:
Under £15 = £3.00 p&p
£15 to £30 = £4.00 p&p
£30 to £60 = £5.00 p&p
£60 to £150= £8.00 p&p
£100 or more = £15.00 p&p
Rest of World Post & Packing Charges:
Under £15 = £3.50 p&p
£15 to £30 = £5.00 p&p
£30 to £60 = £6.00 p&p
£60 to £150= £10.00 p&p
£100 or more = £16.00 p&p
We try to send out orders as quickly as we can, however delays to orders may occur if we are out of stock of items (we will let you know via email) or incorrect postage details are given. Please inform us if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Unfortunately, where items have been sent through Royal Mail, they stipulate claims cannot be made until 30 days after posting. Please quote your name and order number in all correspondence. Once parcels have left the UK we cannot take responsibility for their delivery and we cannot accept any claim against loss from an overseas delivery address.
RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS
Should you wish to cancel your order please contact us in writing, either by letter or e-mail, within 7 working days after the day you have received the goods. The goods must be returned unused to KIS Quilting Ltd, Unit 66, Basepoint, The Havens, Ransomes Europark, Ipswich, Suffolk, IP3 9BF together with the original invoice. The cost of returned goods will be borne by the purchaser. We cannot accept liability for returned goods lost or damaged in transit; please ensure you return goods by recorded delivery, registered post or by courier. Proof of postage is not proof of delivery. A refund will be issued within 30 days of receiving the returned goods or the 7 day cancellation notice.
